Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions. If your question is not answered here, please give us a call.

When the spare parts consignment is delivered, notice any external damage to the parcel. Refuse to accept the parcel or report the damage to the deliverer. When unpacking the goods, check for recognisable material defects or if you have ordered the wrong spare part, please inform us as soon as possible. Please also note our terms of delivery.

Spare parts are an integral part of a dosing system. They are part of its basic equipment - without them, operation is not possible. Spare parts are for example: servo and air motors etc. Wear parts are all components that come into contact with material and wear out during normal use.

In our online shop (shop.reinhardt-technik.com) you will find all common items. You can easily identify the spare part you need here. Have the article number of the item or its article description ready. To help you find the right spare part quickly, you can search for these attributes.

In the event of a warranty claim, there are of course no shipping costs. For repairs after the warranty has expired, 1.5% of the order value, but at least 5.00 euros (incl. VAT) will be charged within Germany. For repairs outside Germany within the EU, 2.5% of the order value, but at least 5.00 euros (incl. VAT) will be charged.

For standard components, you will usually receive the repaired device back after three to a maximum of six weeks. For special components, you should expect a repair time of four to a maximum of eight weeks.

You can decide whether the device remains at the Reinhardt-Technik GmbH service centre and is recycled there, or whether you would like to receive it back. In this case, a lump sum of 160,00€ plus shipping costs will be charged.

After a chargeable repair, you are entitled to a one-year guarantee. Wearing parts are excluded.

The warranty on new systems is twelve months. Customers also receive this guarantee on repaired dosing systems.

The prices for maintenance depend on the work involved. Therefore, no generalised statement can be made.

If the system issues a fault, it is important to know what needs to be done. Trained personnel are therefore very important. Open the operating instructions for the system and check the procedure on the ‘Measures to be taken in the event of a fault’ page. Please follow the safety instructions step by step.
