Our spare parts business is becoming sustainable. We pursued this goal in 2022. To achieve this, we set ourselves various resolutions relating to sustainability.
First, we examined the spare parts business process. We noticed that a lot of plastic packaging is needed for shipping spare parts. To reduce our plastic consumption, we have now packaged our spare parts in paper. We recycle plastic packaging that is sent to us. Now we only use paper in the spare parts business This has allowed us to greatly reduce our plastic waste consumption.
Another aspect of sustainability is ergonomics in the workplace. In order to enable even more back-friendly work, the workplaces of the packers have been optimised. For example we them equipped with lifting aids.
