Kierspe, Germany: On November 29, 2024, Carlisle Fluid Technologies and Reinhardt-Technik GmbH signed an agreement for Reinhardt-Technik GmbH to become part of Carlisle Fluid Technologies.
Carlisle Fluid Technologies is a leading global manufacturer of products and systems for the supply, application, and curing of spray materials such as paints, coatings, powders, sealants, and adhesives. With its global brands, Carlisle Fluid Technologies is highly respected in the industry for quality, design, and leading technology. The company has more than 375 years of experience in providing application solutions.
The acquisition of Reinhardt-Technik, a bonding, dispensing, potting, and systems solutions specialist, significantly extends Carlisle Fluid Technologies' sealant and adhesive capabilities and establishes a global platform to benefit customers immediately. Reinhardt-Technik was established in 1962 and since 2012 has been part of Wagner, a Swiss specialist for liquid and powder coating technology. Reinhardt-Technik’s management team will continue to oversee business operations under the familiar Reinhardt-Technik brand.
