LSR eTwin Connect

The LSR eTwin Connect represents the new generation of dosing and mixing systems for liquid silicone. It meets the requirements for consistently high productivity and quality with both low and high shot weights. Thanks to the close cooperation with our partners, such as injection molding machine manufacturers, LSR processors and material manufacturers, the LSR eTwin Connect has impressive features.

The LSR eTwin Connect has 20 and 200 liter follower plates. You can convert from one barrel size to the other yourself.

The LSR eTwin Connect drum can be changed using either a crane or drum lifter. When loading with a crane, only a minimum distance of 40 cm from the wall is required.

LSR variants

The LSR dosing system for particularly high productivity: LSR eTwin Connect HP

High productivity is particularly important in manufacturing. The higher the productivity, the more parts can be produced in the same time. An increase in productivity can be made possible by a high material flow rate.
The high performance version of the LSR eTwin Connect is characterized by precisely this. This is because the powerful drive of the LSR eTwin Connect HP can dispense up to 3 l/min*. It is therefore particularly suitable for the use of molds with many cavities. Alternatively, large parts can also be produced with the LSR eTwin Connect HP.

Dosing with Gamma Mix

For coating applications, the standard processing unit of the LSR eTwin Connect can be exchanged for a Gamma Mix. This discharge unit can be used for the large-area application of silicone, such as for coating airbags. When dispensing the LSR material with the Gamma Mix, the injection molding machine is no longer required and the material is dispensed directly with the outlet unit.
